So you are new to the scene (and there is a scene) you might not know which way is up so What Boys Want has finally decided to put up a primer to teach you all about it and yes we probably should have done this in a similar form earlier.

So first up let's go with Cocked pics. Pretty straight forward just a form of tribute to a celebrity, girl or guy that you like that includes your dick and a picture of them. You can check out some examples below.

I think you're probably beginning to grasp where this is going but to make it clear cum pics are when you take a picture of the person you are looking to praise, tribute (however you want to think of it) then cum on them.
